Yes, it's not "new-new." Yes, someone else's fan curve opinions lived in this card before yours will. But VRAM doesn't degrade, silicon doesn't get "used up," and unlike that RAM you're definitely overpaying for right now, GPU prices haven't decided to reenact 2021...yet. Buy it, drop it in, and get back to blaming your ping instead of your hardware.
